Accounting Assistant 2

Head Office Ortigas, Pasig

Job Description:

  • Ensure timely recording of all Company’s receipts and resources
  • Responsible for the completeness and proper filing of Cash Receipts Voucher with corresponding Official Receipt
  • Responsible for checking of commission for payment
  • Responsible for the preparation of Statement of Account of Real Property Tax per customer

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree in Finance/Accounting /Banking and equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in the same position
  • Knowledgeable in Quickbooks is an advantage
  • Must be focus, driven and a team player
  • Can work with minimum supervision
